Terms and Conditions of World Of Ink Cologne

§1 Applicability to Businesses and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version in effect at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

§2 Formation of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed through our online store at https://worldofink.com/.

You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://worldofink.com/agb/. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account –> My Orders.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices listed include sales tax and other charges. Shipping costs may apply.

(2) The consumer may pay by direct debit, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready to ship immediately. Delivery will take place within 5 business days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank handling the transfer; for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next business day.

(2) Even in the case of a sale by mail order, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the item sold passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item to the buyer.

§5 Retention of Title

We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§6 Customer's Right of Withdrawal as a Consumer:
Tattoo vouchers purchased from World of Ink Cologne cannot be exchanged for other items and cannot be converted into cash (cash refund).
